Installation Guide
Visit Chrome Web Store
Go to the FitBreak Chrome Web Store page or click "Add to Chrome" on our homepage.
Add to Chrome
Click the "Add to Chrome" button and confirm the installation when prompted. FitBreak will be added to your browser.
Configure Settings
Click the FitBreak icon in your toolbar to open settings. Set your working hours and preferred reminder interval.
Start Working Out!
FitBreak will now send you gentle workout reminders during your working hours. Stay healthy and productive!
Frequently Asked Questions
Click the FitBreak icon in your Chrome toolbar to open the settings page. You can adjust your start and end times, change the reminder interval, and enable or disable reminders entirely.
Check that: 1) Reminders are enabled in settings, 2) You're within your set working hours, 3) Chrome is running, and 4) The extension hasn't been disabled. You can verify settings by clicking the FitBreak icon.
Yes! All your data stays on your device. FitBreak doesn't send any information to external servers, doesn't track your usage, and doesn't collect personal data. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Currently, FitBreak includes 10+ pre-designed exercises that are randomly selected. Custom workout creation is planned for a future update. You can track this feature request on our GitHub page.
Daily statistics reset automatically at midnight, and weekly statistics reset every Monday. Currently, there's no manual reset option, but this feature is being considered for future updates.
FitBreak is designed for Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (like Edge, Brave, and Opera). It uses Chrome's extension APIs and may not work on Firefox or Safari.
