• Last Reset Date: For automatic statistics reset functionality

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Email addresses or contact information
• Any data from other websites or applications
• Usage analytics or tracking data

How We Use Information

The locally stored information is used solely to:

• Provide workout reminders at your preferred times
• Track your personal fitness progress
• Maintain your settings between browser sessions
• Reset daily and weekly statistics automatically

FitBreak does not integrate with or share data with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or external APIs. The extension operates entirely offline after installation.

Children's Privacy

FitBreak does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The extension is designed for general use and does not target children specifically.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Access: View your settings and statistics through the extension interface
• Modify: Change your settings at any time
• Delete: Uninstall the extension to remove all data
• Export: No export feature needed since data never leaves your device
